Salt Lake Temple

Sadie & Quinn were married on a busy Saturday down here at the St George Temple right in the middle of the day.  Thankfully for most of it we were pretty lucky with the lighting because we had rolling clouds for most of the time that we spent filming.  Alright so I wanted to do something special for this happy couple, we have filmed a few times the past couple of months doing a love story and engagements.  So I decided to pull off a SDE (same day edit) in between the temple and the ring ceremony and have it ready in time for the reception–So I had to be done by the time the ring ceremony started.  A quick editors note/plug on how I was able to pull this off…My wonderful wife brought me some food while I was in the middle of editing.  Needless to say it all came together and with hardly a minute to spair.  I had the burned copy in my hand as I was suiting back up in my steadicam for the ring ceremony.  Thanks Sadie & Quinn for the memorable day, your families are wonderful and amazing to work with.

Hey Matt & Leanne,  Remember when it Rained?  I thought that this song matched the day perfectly. I just love how it builds and builds.  Josh Groban has amazing vocal skills.  One of my favorite parts is the final shot when you both are standing in that cutout as i saché up the stairs, meanwhile the rain is hitting my lens the whole time – anyway it’s one of my favorites – So thanks for the beautiful setting to capture your special day!  It is always fun to capture these special moments.  You guys are amazing, stay cute and happy together Forever!
